No. We never take brokerage. We only charge a one-time listing fee of ₹1000 for the Basic plan, or monthly subscription for Pro and Business plans.
Q. How long will my property stay live?
Forever for a one-time ₹1000 fee in the Basic plan. Your listing will remain active until you sell the property or choose to remove it.
Q. Are listings verified?
Yes, we manually and automatically verify all listings. We check property documents, seller identity, and ensure all information is accurate.
Q. Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Basic to Pro or Business at any time. The remaining value of your current plan will be adjusted in the new plan.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
